Get a few quotes. and if you do not do it, when you go to refinance into a long term loan the appraiser will likely mark the report as "subject to" a structural engineer report of the foundation. and you will not be able to refi until you have done the  work that is required.

Just don't expect the wild returns you see some on these forums report.

You can achieve this by regularly checking the Search Terms report, routinely searching for your brand on Google, and pulling the actual keywords that are converted in your CRM.

I ask my vendors to report any issues they may find while visiting a rental.

I'd be interested to find a list of lenders that don't report.

Once they help you and you give a stellar report about how the lender was your newfound hero that should help them get some more business too :-)
