For commercial what type of net worth qualifications do you look for compared to monthly rent and what sites do you use for criminal and credit checks?

My tongue is heavily scarred from biting it..Say what you like between friends, but always by the book in business.Its why we have the criteria for qualification printed out: so they can see what we need, what they need, and what will get them disqualified.

These use different qualification terms (ie the property being purchased) instead of relying upon your personal credit.The question quickly becomes, are you ready  to manage 6-8 leases at one time?

The general rule is one month's rent in some instances  where an applicant may have  less than desirable qualifications  the security deposit can be increased  to compensate for those  deficiencies .

She forwards the buyer's qualification package to the LLC/lender.

I think regardless of insurance companies guidance, which isn't available yet, it's up to the landlords and PMs to be super diligent about their screening and qualification process.  

Could you back up and explain these qualifications for a 1031 that you mentioned, using some numbers?  

The qualifications at the credit union for a refi was if you had credit score of 680 or better you would only need 10% equity in your house.  

I am planning next buy next year and this will be commercial at least a 6-unit, I will be asking BP pros about mortgage qualification requirements.

Just looking to get some idea on qualification and to build a relationship with a lender.
