Looking to work with someone who needs help with anything related with property due diligences, supervision, inspection, pictures, subject ID's, this and that within the perimeter in Atlanta.

I'm an Atlanta homeowner inside the perimeter and plan to invest in the nicer outside-the-perimeter Atlanta neighborhoods.

I live on the north-end of Atlanta but do most of my investing inside the city-perimeter.

You need to move something in front of it, or work on a perimeter jig while the work cures or set. 

Normally if a perimeter foundation wall sinks, you get floors that are out of level, not bowed.

Some detailed perimeter landscaping with accent lighting, a red front door, maybe a new color just for the front facade and different color in the foyer, new large exterior wall sconce, paint/stain the fence in the yard.  

More so towards Atlanta and the surrounding areas. 30-40 miles outside the perimeter.

This particular house was built with a concrete block perimeter supporting the exterior walls which has held up just fine.

So I have house under contract that I plan to fix and rent out.Has foundation issues (center of slab is the 'high point" and as you move toward the perimeter, the slab drop increases...so the edges have sunken over time...its an older house).Sewer test failed as well, cast iron pipes...typical of this area.Debacle:  do I fix the slab, the plumbing, both or neither at this time?
