Locations are not important as long as they on board remotely/online and have a strong "online friendly" presence that can satisfy most general banking needs (attractive ach fees, online check deposit, ect).

If purchasing in area that has a HOA, be sure you read through the bylaws or talk with someone on board to be sure they allow STR's (rentals < 30 days).

Recently watched an older BP podcast episode w/ Tarol, where he was walking thru a SEA fixer, and mentioned: "if you have foundation issues, dont just jump on board with the billboard ad big foundation contractors unless you want to spend $30k".I'm looking for more advice on solid foundation contractors, to this end.
