Hey @Chris Harrison, You can't do seller finance on the entire asking with a loan attached to the property.

Although those advertised rates do exist, when reading through the legal disclosures attached you will see who would qualify for that rate and the high amount of points that they would pay.

@Ana FranchiGenerally freestanding homes appreciate quicker than an attached home.

New investors often feel attached or emotional in their decision when deciding on a property.

When you sell a property, ALL unused/suspended losses attached to that particular property are unlocked.

I read that for a sheriff sale, the credit card judgement would not be attached to the house since it was dated after the foreclosure judgement.

I am up to $350/unit per month on 2 BR Condo where HOA is responsible for exterior or small attached studio (so $350/unit is the smallest number I use and includes maintenance and cap ex).
