@Jeff Greenberg, @Joe Harper,Thank you for the responses.It's becoming obvious to me that I both need to be more involved in the online community here as well as the offline community that exist in Houston.I realize that real estate is a "get rich slow scheme" as I saw it posted elsewhere, and I want this for the future, not the present, so I do not mind making sacrifices to enjoy the benefits down the road.
