Plus millennials will often be the biggest renting population in SF and their affordability is less especially the younger portion (age 30 and below) of the population.

The millennials alone dwarf the boomers in terms of population and with gen z right behind there are many people prepared to buy the boomers' homes as they die off.

Millennials are just starting to buy their first homes and investors are a dime a dozen now jumping on cheaper homes which is causing the price point to go way up.

Additionally, as the number of millennials entering the housing market grows, there is a growing demand for homes that are smaller and more affordable, as well as homes that offer innovative features and technologies.

If the tenants you plan to rent to are millennials or professionals without kids, they will most likely be living inside the perimeter and using public transportation.

Most of the residents look like millennials and young professionals, and they've seen my place transition from something quite unsightly into a very nice place.

He did say some things I agree with (millennials buying more rentals etc)  and some things I don't agree with.As far as his Scientology ties, look I know it has its controversy, but we shouldn't knock someone for their religion until it starts harming others.
