I KNOW that she wont take cash for keys, She sat there and told me she put 300K in the house while blazing up a cigarette in the filthiest kitchen Ive ever seen with broken tile and paint chipping everywhere, Actually quite an ironic moment.

Typically if you did not like the stone you would take wire mesh and secure it as square as possible to the stone via tap cons, and you would probably have to do a few scratch coats to get things square and plum.. that is if if you have an ocd problem with things not being square and plumb like me -.- , my honest opinion would be to change the carpet not the stone, fwiw you could probably do a nice hardwood floor for a similar cost of changing the fireplace.

Hi BP nation Jermaine here, I just ran into a friend I havent seen in years she asked how was my real estate business doing, I told well and that I was in the process of locating funds for a 6plex $45k at 10% interest, she then told me she know someone who would be interested in lending me the $45k I need but she would like to get a $500.00 finders fee after the deal closed.What do you guys think, I always use my money in the past but I like this deal.
