I hired a PM to find a tenant for one of my properties which has become vacant.Their agency has a lot of good online reviews and when I interviewed them, I was impressed with their professionalism.He has just now emailed me saying he has a client wanting to buy my property for 150k.I was a bit baffled because last I checked it was worth around 450k.

For the good rate Agency 30YF stuff, we're still in a knee-jerk phase from NINJA loans of 2004-2007.

I'm sure that some of my positions will go bust, but I'm also sure that some of them will grow a lot and provide quadruple digit total returns in the long term as the Cannabis industry moves more into the mainstream.

I would assume Texas has an agency that does the same.
