I sure have a lot to learn.

I know I still have a lot to learn, so I welcome any and all insight into out of state investing or turnkey property investing from CA.

I think it would take a lot to revitalize that area but can see why the HD, MUHS, etc are investing in it.

It does a lot to get different investors on the same page the particulars of a specific calculation.

There's a lot to think about. 

Losing the step up is lot to ask of someone in the age range you are dealing with and holding fully depreciated property.

They countered with wanting back the entire security deposit because they're not convinced the dryer issue was their kid's fault.That's a lot to unpack, and was typed fast so I apologize for grammar.

Regarding pictures, I would possibly suggest there there are too many of them. 40 pictures is a lot to scroll through, and I personally find that an over-abundance of photos tend to be less helpful than helpful.

We do have a lot to learn, however, and would benefit from training and mentoring from a sponsoring broker, as well.
