Seeking an Investor-Friendly Broker in the Columbia, SC Area
Hi Guys! I plan to take my South Carolina licensing course this month and am researching my next steps. I mainly plan to use my license to give my family and I more speedy and detailed access to available properties and cut our costs on rehab & flip houses. We do have a lot to learn, however, and would benefit from training and mentoring from a sponsoring broker, as well. I have read that some brokerages do not prefer working with investors. Anybody know of an investor-friendly brokerage in the Columbia area? Thanks in advance for your feedback!
