Definitely none of my business to give any legal advice however, in respect to qualifying for a DSCR loan and using an entity, this is what I have seen. 

Different banks will have different lending guidelines, legal lending limits, fees etc.

Back stairs.If you are talking about making a 2+1 into a legal 3, the towns are going to tell you only the above two will qualify.

I am not going to say there is a best lending model, but brokers legally can not be paid as much as IMB's, and I tend to be cheaper in more situation than not when comparing a loan estimate from an actual lender. 

And to your earlier point, the response has been taking the victim stance instead of just explaining the business model and why he uses a different name on BP than FB, FL legal records, etc. 

Is there any legal guidance suggesting I can or cannot do this?
