Why not go for One Language, and one government while we are at it?

The language is weird as well, as the email states: each self-directed IRA LLC is required to have a transaction reviewer, as per article 2 of your LLC Operating Agreement.

I am am miles away from the US, I am South African, but property investment is same language anywhere!

Hey William,The Series LLC does require specific language to be used upon it's formation.

(Presuming your lease has language that limits the amount of time a guest can stay.)

If you have language in your lease that allows for entry to complete necessary repairs, I would give them official notice to enter and finish the window install by personally accompanying the contractor. 

Ill be sure to check for the appropriate language in any of my roofing contracts from here on out.
