Knocking out mailboxes happens to be a weekend entertainment for drunken youth ages 16-23ish.

I am looking for law that will help me knock out fraudulent modification.

I built an SEO optimized website, hounded my sphere of influence, knocked on doors, left flyers in car and house doors, even parked my branded trailer in nearby shopping centers and walked home for an hour or so to work on my website.  

Walk, knock and talk, Direct mail, Social Media... etc...

I'm pretty sure they were carrying something big after working 12 hours and knocked something onto the screen. 

A 3-4% solution will not kill mature trees, but it will definitely knock out the poison ivy crawling up their trunks and hiding in their shade.

While we were ordering new tiles, the ceiling developed a wet spot below where the shower sits, and we learned that he had knocked a hole in a pipe and just closed it up... 

should you be cold calling, door knocking etc.?

I would try to find properties off market from door knocking on vacant homes, call "For Rent" signs and see if they are interested in selling, local REIAs, etc

I would think that would knock out a substantial pool of buyers IMO!
