I'm a licensed General Contractor, a licensed home builder and an inactive licensed Home inspector.

Hi guys, after years of inaction I ran into a financial situation that caused me to move into action.

But, the entire first day was dedicated to making a case (full psychological tactics) for why we needed to spend $39K (not $34K for us) to buy their system so we can stop being inactive and one day be able to retire.

As of now I’m moving on my own but would be much more proficient if I saw someone in action. 

I have mainly had my sights of four-plex ranging from $250k to $350k, due to my recent purchase, as well as my immediate, pay yourself first, action always beats inaction, head-first bravado started my first LLC, obtained survives through 1800Accountant and went towards applying for business lines of credit cards, (previously believed I was going to finance completely with cash advances from business credit cards and have not been able to secure enough needed.)

Action is better inaction any day of the week. 

So now my license is inactive and I can't even refer or get a referral fee.

Not now, no. if she's still in active bankruptcy, the court controls any potential sale.
