I hired a PM to find a tenant for one of my properties which has become vacant.Their agency has a lot of good online reviews and when I interviewed them, I was impressed with their professionalism.He has just now emailed me saying he has a client wanting to buy my property for 150k.I was a bit baffled because last I checked it was worth around 450k.

thank you scott. i must say i'm pretty impressed with the level of responses i'm getting here. as a starting investor (at least in the us, i own a rental property in my country) getting into this business can seem daunting at times and such help sure helps a lot :)

I don't know on that one but if it is normal 3 tab or typical composite shingles, I always put a layer on top unless it exceeds local code.
