Accessibility to hotspots and areas of interest?

Smith that's what's up you found a hot spot.

Would like to buy properties and rent them out long term and vacation rentals in mountains which is a huge hotspot and my wife runs a vacation rental company and are very very busy.

In the winter this is a snowmobile hotspot.

Hi everyone,My wife and I are new investors looking to purchase our 1st out of state investment and are very interested in STR.We've been looking at properties around Lake Royale in Louisburg NC (we heard from family in the area that this is a new vacation hotspot) and we have found some promising properties.The thin is, most of these properties are comprised of empty lots and mobile homes.

It has become a hot spot and average house on the market starts at $325K.

Right now, I tell prospective tenants to use their phone hotspot but I would like to offer more as I am getting some good applicants but no wi-fi is a big issue.Also, I would like to add more storage.
