Looking for advice for just starting out me and wife are from PA and a tax lien sale is coming up the 28th of this month. We have a business attorney that works for family and can look for any leans on houses on tax list auction sale coming up. Sounds almost to good to be true with how the houses are listed for so cheap. Would like to buy properties and rent them out long term and vacation rentals in mountains which is a huge hotspot and my wife runs a vacation rental company and are very very busy. Wondering what would be best low risk high cash flow way to start. Any help would be much appreciated and could give you a hell of a deal on vacation rental if your in area. THX
