Most everyone in the community will recommend you drop 10k to learn asset management from these guys.

The average guy that can cut a check for that amount does not want to self manage. 

I had one guy at BPCON24 tell me he was crushing it there, but I have no verification besides his word, and I was shocked.

I managed it with spreadsheets and notepad on my phone only and used no accounting software the most part.Would you guys find more use in a service that replaces hands quickly or just having an app on your phone and computer to manage your flip projects that's visually appealing and easy to scale with?

For sure looking more for quality over quantity.
