It goes into depth at explaining how ARMs work and how each borrower must be educated on them to ensure they know what they are getting into.Here is a link to the CHARM BookletIf the lender you are speaking with isn't disclosing this to you, I'd read the booklet and drill them on these very critical points of the loan and probably ask yourself if this is the lender you should go with...Cheers!

If the sites are larger than 1/2 acre (NOT AN EXACT NUMBER), and you are needing to develop the land (i.e. roads, utilities, mass grading) I would then recommend involving a civil engineer on a site plan and to do a more in-depth due-diligence.

The depth of the filter housing does seem to be about 4 inches so I could see why they would have 2 2-inch filter put in there, but is that the most ideal way, or should I go shopping for some 4 inch filters (if they even make them)?

(The old fridge was 35.5" wide and the replacement fridge is 33" wide. both were the same height and the replacement fridge was about 1" bigger in depth.)The surrounding cabinets were custom made around the 35.5" fridge, so the fit was extremely tight, wouldn't be able to fit a 36" fridge.She was ok with the size when we discussed it prior to purchasing it, and everything was good when I dropped it off and installed it. but about an hour later she sent me a message stating she was unhappy with the size and wanted me to purchase one of the same size as the old one.
