I recently acquired a townhome in Asheville, NC that I'm operating as a furnished mid-term rental.

Digital nomads, corporate travelers, construction workers, relocations, families experiencing an insurance claim and many, many more types of travelers are looking for furnished accommodations and they each have different requirements for what they're looking for.

My LTR tenant is moving out soon and I will be furnishing my ADU for mid term.Question: How many bedrooms are your units? 

Next option is as a furnished 30+ day rental, but so far we have been unable to even get LTR rents for it furnished.  

Furthermore, now even lavishly furnished apartments, thanks to Newsom, will be limited to being secured only with a SINGLE month of security deposit in CA which CANNOT be applied to 'normal wear and tear' of furniture either, so if the tenant in a furnished apartment never pays their last month of rent but wears and tears down all the furnishings, it seems landlord would still have to give back the 'security' deposit on move-out, not being able to apply the 'security' deposit to last month of rent in arrears NOR the worn and torn furnishings?!

That includes 35K to furnish 4 units.

The home has a formal living room, 2 family rooms, and an office.FURNISHED:The residence comes complete with a master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, two bedrooms each furnished with queen-sized beds, and a fourth room equipped with two twin-sized beds.
