I have two guys I have a friendship with, one is a General Contractor, the other is a Property Manager, and both are interested in partnering.  

Money and business can ruin a friendship, even a close family friend.

We bought a new house, established immediate friendship with corner neighbor, we gave her a key to our house since we’d be out of town.

Thankfully I built a great relationship and friendship with one so I have one that helps me at the drop of the hat but there's a lot of work to be done and contractors seem thinner since the Pandemic.

Also, you would bill your friend each month for the charges they own you.I would also suggest making up a contract between you and your friend, so everyone knows who is doing what and there is no opportunity to have a royal agreement about something and ruin a friendship.
