I've traveled around the area and talked to some store owners from Asian Foods Supermarket and Lil M bubble tea shop, and have heard great things. 

Food for thought.

Sidecar social in addison is a large indoor space with food/drinks.

We complement each other to be sure we get a quality product for the owner.The parallel is that you could find a business partner that is the store front and does the people interactions while you quietly attend the meetings commenting on occasion, but are the brains behind the details and the analysis.Just food for thought.Sincerely,Joe

Like many other community owners, I have looked to solar to improve safety in areas that would be hard to reach with current infrastructure.A few considerations are deciding how they will be mounted, your budget, and how bright you want them.

I agree on having OH by appointment only for safety purposes. 

Granted, more of a problem on AirBnB due to their complicity in encouraging ever-increasing automation, but there is truly nothing worse than a late check-in lock-out without a safety line or concierge to assist.  

I was recently advised that BRRR is probably not a food fit for me and flipping could work better.Any thoughts on that?
