@Greg Martin  I would suggest you go in and empty all the refrigerators.. the stench will be worse everyday it sits. and block fridge doors open, so they can air out,, pull plugs so if power comes back on they won't.  

People twist off every day and living next to someone who is so tightly wound only increases your odds of being one of those hit by shrapnel when it happens.

We live in Indiana and commute to DT Chicago for work everyday.  

Word of mouth, marketing yourself every day on all platforms, have a good CRM to maintain everything, open houses, knock on local neighbor doors and facebook.  

I have a few coworkers that make the commute from Clayton to Durham every day.

Thanks for the reply I think my difficulties would be the down payment in this situation plus tif the don't account for the rent income my W2 job wouldn't qualify for the size loan which is whee I'm stuck at trying to figure out any advice on this would there be a way VI's say a hard lender for the down on the FHA or any other options like mentioned before I'm still very new and learning a lot everyday on how to go about buying property's as an investment

The guy in the unit below was blind, so he was walking in the blood everyday. 

@Jabbar Thomas I use to be a meeting whore and attended one every day, but my wife is no longer over night so I switched to being a morning person.
