As you may have heard, it is recommended not to have all of your 'eggs in one basket'. 

That is not adding their cell phone connection, tablets, smart TV and all the other crap that have which can easily bust thru 100 Mbps. 

No soffets, no gutters, missing interior trim on all windows and most of baseboards, a wall completely in the way when you entered, washer/dryer relocate, no drain venting so rotten eggs overpowered you every time you ran water, etc. 

I've had a very busy day, as I do every day, and I think now I'm going to bow out and make myself some guacamole. ps---Helpful hint: adding a hard-boiled egg really improves the taste and texture.

There are cell phone apps that help with this tracking, but one of them might have been created by a client of mine (Bay Area, right?)
