Our local market in Columbus has been pretty incredible with price points lower than markets like Austin or Nashville, with a better economic outlook than similar large cities of over 900k people. 

So the quotes others have mentioned I assume are pretty close to what it might actually cost.

Seller financing can be with pretty low money out of pocket sometimes, but usually still require some cash.
