But I bought a kindle on sale on Black Friday last year and I mostly download business, real estate, and self help books onto that at half the price of hard copy books.

I haven't been living at the property yet, but I've seen download speeds anywhere from 25mbps up to 120 mbps.

If you can't do this, I'd suggest downloading the standard Realtor's assocation forms for your state for guidance.If it's large multi family or commercial, absolutely get a broker or mentor to help you.
