Feel dree to ask them anything you want including the address discrepancy. if they do not want to anwer that is ared flag.

This is where people lie on their applications the most.Look for any discrepancies and lies, and if you can’t find them, you have found a good tenant.

If there is any discrepancies in that however your lender may require a letter of explanation or further proof.  

I found multiple discrepancies and when I called her out on them, she didn't have much to say expect 'don't worry you're fine'. 

They will help clarify what the discrepancy is.

Regardless if you notice a significant discrepancy I would definitely challenge the Tax assessors and see if they can readjust the amount.
