I get a military pension, I am property tax exempt due to my 100% service-connected disability, and I’m eligible for a VA loan.

I'll be taking steps to disable these methods as to not let a partial payment slip in.

Also, an often overlooked benefit is disability insurance, so that in the event you cannot work you have somthing to cover you until you’re back on your feet.
