I used aluminum from home depot for the edges where I had to make the cut, and then I fabricated two pieces of wood to cover the gap where the old cabinet used to be.

I am thinking about trying to proactively reach out to her but it's obviously a highly delicate situation.The goal would be to flip this place pretty quickly after acquisition if I was able to pull it off.  

I ran a quad in the back of my truck for a decade when I was in the timber business.. and having the back of the truck slant down like that is very nice and a big safety feature.. also the cover is bed cover is metal not fabric big difference.. 

Keep it sleek and clean like a waffle white fabric and buy a good liner. 

This is obviously a delicate topic and can go either way based on your perspective.

Plus the Classic Clean models can really tear up fabric.

Wife put it up but it wasn't functional.. it was because they just glued the back of the shade with one big sheet of fabric.

I am looking into pre-fabricated construction for flips.

In a new-build, my plan is to use pre-fabricated bathroom walls.
