Pre-Fabricated bathroom walls

In a new-build, my plan is to use pre-fabricated bathroom walls. No thinset, no mortar, no tiles.

Will the inspector want to inspect our wall/floor waterproofing, or are they more concerned with the drop of the drain pipe, and the elbows used for the hot/cold water pipes?
