I give them a lump sum, 50K and my cash value is a shade under initially, but if I di the next day, my deat benefits as with any policy include the cash value, you don't get the CV and the DB.They are still a poor investment vehicle unless you are using the insurance portion as a buy sell agreement or, in the large corporate stors, as a key man policy with additional goldn parachutes or using it for a very short term.

I prefer lights that do not have fabric shades and where it is easy for tenants to change the bulb without breaking the cover (no thumb screws!).

Nice find for a long term investment.Looks like a nice neighborhood.I see some bigger homes too, that's always nice.I noticed the builder made all of them with those little model T garages.Out here in Texas a 2 car garage is more desirable, but you (gotta dance with the date you brought).I did a mockup to see what it would look like with a 2 car garage a porch and a paint shade that takes advantage of that pretty pink tree in the front yard.The results are interesting looking (but probably financially unsound).Maybe just cutting the grass back to the concrete edge and caulking the cracks in the concrete might be a good (bang for buck) improvement?
