Everyone has to wash their clothes and many tenants are used to going to the laundry mat and spending a few dollars a week to do it and don't think twice about it.

I spend a good amount of my disposable income on travel, but I pinch pennies on food, clothes and, really, everything else. 

Seasonal migrants also cannot commit to a lease of any length obviously, let alone some of them come to the valley with just the clothes on their backs. 

We have never given dishwashers, or clothes washer/dryer, but the connections are there. and when people move out, they sometimes leave these items. 

Despite the very efforts made (I believe that I have done everything that I possible could as a tenant to installing the curtain and bathmat with my own cost for a specific purpose, and informing the agent whatever necessary for further action to be taken if needed) this is a structural dampness that caused the damage and the essential nature of having the shower which inevitably made the leak leading to the damage would not constitute a negligent nor irresponsible act from my perspective.

I want to sip umbrella drinks & be fed champagne & fruit from hot muscular men in loin cloths.

IMO state colleges are cut of the same cloth.

Just be prepared to do the touch up and protect your floors with drop clothes or plastic floor wrap.
