Those cities have the highest concentrated Chinese population in the USA and you can see the prices in real estate have flattened and in million dollar homes prices are dropping fast.

See where the concentration is approved for land wise in that county or industrial use.

I will be concentrating in Denton County area as will be doing this with my father in law but grew up in Garland and work in Allen so know Collin County.

So I would suggest time management and scheduling one hour a day as your education hour and concentrate on something that you need to know at the present time.

You can also look at any institution's information and see their loan concentrations, residential and commercial, usually you can assume that the one generating the most loans in your area must have more experience.
