As for secrets and tactics, I believe in sharing those with others on this website 100% (especially if the person that I'm assisting is in a completely different state and is not going to become a competitor in my local market).

Any investor that sees that you are new and have a "real" deal, they should be willing to help with the paperwork to ensure that you bring future deals to them and not their competitors.

If you answer and your competitors don't, you obviously have a much better shot at getting the deal.I know a bunch of investors in my market that let their advertising calls go to voicemail.

My "competitors" charging 1/3 of what I do have more business than they can possible handle, and earn 1/4 of what I do working 3 times as many hours.So I am back to my main point - having identified a great deal do not sell it for minimum profit, hold out for the most the market will bear!

In terms of cold and sterile data (which I find to be useful) he simply worked harder to get in front of the electorate.All reports state that he gave about 300% the number of speeches as his competitor.
