web site for marketing
When setting up a web page for absentee owners/sellers to go to, would you use this time to tell a lot about how and what you can do for them or have a very simple web page. Ive always heard the more you tell the more you sell.
Ive seen some very simple pages that just say we buy houses and has a form for their sellers information. They do look easy and simple to navigate BUT wouldn't a tell all web site work better.
