personally i've never bought a vehicle with a loan but i have had a mortgage once and will need ne for next purchases too as ended up vested in my primary residence, and i can totally relate to the need for renting one's office/businessplace due to the even higher prices of coastal socal commercial properties. but what about the established brokers nowadays that are still renting everything longterm?

Final details are:Purchase price was $30000Sold for $80000 (held property for 2wks)Profit $44000, after I take out my commission, the buyers commission and misc fees.Then I get pulled over by the police going to look at another property that night for failing to stop at a stop sign...buzz kill

unfortunately, that's the cost of doing business in Texas nowadays. about 3.5% of your total transaction is reasonable. if you waive your escrow account, that could reduce your reserves you're required to impound, and reduce your closing costs.
