I am currently reading the bigger pockets book “how to invest in real estate for beginners”.

If you create some type of Canva book for your property you can include most instructions and quirks in there and send to the guest prior to the arrival.

So, now I'm reading and listening to books, gathering my thoughts, and getting ready to start the climb.

Those are just tools for people to call themselves a best seller and extract small payments from people. ebooks are best used as free materials because everyone knows they are not really books.

Another great book for newer agents is Millionaire Real Estate agent by Gary Keller.

Not sure there are many sponsors that would come out of pocket like that. made no return for 3 years but got our principal back which is a win in my book..

We do not have any bookings until late November, but want to keep the schedule open for potential revenue.

And now we also have better marketing in place on socials and a have a direct booking site, plus we are open all year long so word of mouth is improving.  

With the wealth of information available on BiggerPockets and numerous other sites and books, I'm not sure where to start.
