Account Closed I would strongly recommend instituting some kind of pre-screening process when people inquire about a rental.

So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

Looking for an easy solution that allows for electronic tenant screening, lease signing, and document storage.

They’ll handle the entire leasing process (i.e. property marketing, tenant screening, placement, lease execution and renewal, turnover etc.) for you, plus everything else.

While you can still have collection issues, turnover costs, and vacancy, if you screen well, these can be mitigated and you can make a significant return on your investment.  

I’m in VA and new to FF and would like to know how to screen and also protect myself since I’m renting out the whole place.

I would just use rentredi to screen tenants and collect rent payments.
