Definitely understand what you mean about it being mostly paperwork... but what about a mini-vlog series by you or Josh where you update the audience, show the paperwork, record the phone calls with the seller, show us the progress of the property etc?

Its important for the audience to know you did not buy turn key... the seller maybe you got with a marketing company .. but true turnkey would have the home completely remodeled then a new VETTED tenant would go in.. there would be no hold over bad tenant like your experiencing.. someone has done you  a really bad deed here.

@Casey Speer I would tend to think that if you have a property, and list it on that markets page, your intended  audience is going to see it there...
