Jeremy, i simply don't want the liability of potentially being personally accused of 'id theft' and the likes of 'negligent enablement' thereof in today's highly litigious America where it seems like 50% americans are prescribed some sort of psychiatrics drugs and the other half on recreational ones; and the average civilian being practically a professional 'crisis actor'. frankly, and im not even kidding, 10-20 years ago it used to be that young adults wanted to be rock stars. now its practically like every one wants to be 'lawyer'?

They also need to understand that you will enforce that and charge late fees when they are due.The rental agreement should name all adult occupants (age 18 and above) on the lease as "jointly and severally liable".

The city that we live in needs something new, something big, something to bring the family's all together along with providing motivation for teens and young adults to get out and be active.

But that market has thousands of people that have rented their entire adult lives so they are used to living there and paying rent.

I've been an entrepreneur almost my entire adult life and will tell you the least amount of money I've ever made was when I had a "real job".

This thread is not directed at anyone, it is to bring an issue to light and have an adult discussion about it, which for the most part has been the case.

I'm referring to the standard practice that most people follow most of their adult lives of trading time for money, exclusively.

I have two adult sons who are also getting into this work and I have worked with them on different projects over the past few years (got em started on roofing work when they were still single digits in age).I look forward to learning from others on this sight and to providing any insights I can along the way.
