There are some deals on the MLS for multi families in Aurora if thats your cup of tea however appreciation wont be your friend these are solid cash flow properties though.

I recommend not spending ones time trying to change people.There are lots of real estate strategies that do not involve living with the residents...not my cup of tea either.  

It's not a lazy man's cup of tea.

Others will say there is value in fractionals etc. but it's just not my cup of tea.

Every property, should not necessarily be every guests' cup of tea.

I am looking at purchasing a new townhouse in southern SF close to Tea.
