With interest rates rising (or have risen) on your credit cards odds are that monthly payment won’t be cheap.

I was first drawn by the "odd" bldg construction when it started, and realized what it must be, looks about 80% completed now.

It also strikes me as odd due to the frequency of investors citing that they don't want to get hands on with their properties because they state their time would be better spent finding deals, but then they go on trips all the time.

Is it odd that the bank is requesting this document from the seller?

I had just always heard this is a way to lower the odds of the lender calling the note due, but not 100% foolproof.

Oddly (to me), I see people commuting from Melbourne, FL to work at Disney.  

I can rationalize that clients make their own beds and that I am acting ethically but if I know the odds are against them and I offer the product anyway... that's seems unethical despite being perfectly ethical.
