All I do, is call my insurance company (The Hartford for my renter's insurance) and give them my new address and when I'm moving.Also, I don't have to include my landlord on my policy but, my printed policy includes a form I can fill out to include my landlord as someone to be notified if my insurance lapses.  

My insurance carrier, The Hartford, told me that my coverage would not include damage caused by any water that came in from outside. 

I am a real estate investor looking at a triplex in Hartford Area (Plainville, CT) and need a buyer's agent to handle transaction.

Hey Andre I'm a newbie in Baltimore I am member of the Baltimore Reia if you are looking for mentorship I would recommend going to the strategies south meeting out in Hartford there are less newbies because it is so far and you are more likely to meet someone who can mentor you.

Right now I do not own any property, but was looking to buy a HUD multi-family in the Hartford area to fix-up and rent.

The greater Hartford, CT market is really starting to understand how effective staging is in marketing a property faster and for more money.
