I have a property in Rohnert Park CA  4 acre right across from the graton Casino I bought it in 95 for nothing.. we have to do a Salamander study.. its a 4 million dollar property be held up by a salamander and we paid 27k for it.. so I am anxious to get it moving so I can cash out. 

Our economic system is thriving due to the shift from dependence of the Casinos to now having several  large corporations like Google, Levi’s, Amazon and more opening plants here in Henderson, NV. 

World famous beaches, Hard Rock Casino and Disney World all connected by the I-4 corridor. 45 minutes apart.

D'Iberville has also recently approved a casino development site on Back Bay Biloxi.

I can't speak to the specifics of Newburgh but I can imagine with the introduction of the casino, the elements at play and the development in Dutchess, and the continued expansion at Stewart will all bode well for the Newburgh market as well. 

Sometimes it's worse than the casino odds, so I would advise against it.
