Since you have no experience- network and find the most active fix and flip investors in Charlotte, Raleigh or Greensboro. 

What makes a perfect quick flip?

I am an aspiring real estate investor, excited to dive into the world of property flipping.

My partners & I are flipping in Chattanooga so I hung out there for a couple of days, meeting my contractor and agent for the first time; of course I went by and took at our flip. 

Do you know any people who do flips in those markets?

I’ve personally helped investors across the US, and with over 150 flips under our family's belt in San Diego and a growing BRRR portfolio, I’ve seen what works - and what doesn’t.

@Colby Easterling leaning toward doing an all-in-one loan and paying off mortgage quickly and then using the all-in-one to buy/finance BRRRR's, and fund my own flips (I already do a lot of flips with partners/OPM).

I loaned to an LLC for a flip.

Usually I lean toward buy and hold but that would be a great profit margin on a flip.
