You might also want to talk to moving companies, not the boss but the guy who lifts heavy stuff, offer that guy a bird dog fee if he finds you a house that needs to sell fast.You can find abandoned houses by offering the same bribe to garbage men, postal carriers, and police.Its mostly about letting everyone near you know what you do.I hope that helpsJosh

As an insurance agent and VR owner, I would say it is not easy but the best bet is always to be honest with your agent/carrier. 

I haven't run across any problems with insurance carriers fighting me on adding addition insureds to the policy like this.

"I quit claimed my house to an LLC, now I can't,,,"  I would check with both my lender and insurance carrier before I made a move l'll regret based on (?).  

Ask your insurance carrier about insuring it once in an LLC. 

Renter's insurance can safeguard your relationship with your insurance carrier.

The insurance carrier is declining to do so but will only list the lessor as an "additional interest".
