Did some nice landscaping (it was an unsually large lot with a garage and an extra workshop/autoshop off the back driveway.

They sold very quickly.Did the pole barns act as garage space for parking their cars, or simply storage/workshop space for tenants? 

After spending quite a long time of deciding how I intend to pursue financial freedom, I ran into a very young Real Estate Investor at an entrepreneurial workshop catering to military Veterans I attended in Austin, Texas late last year.

I've caught the real estate investing bug after going to a 3-day real estate investing workshop in early December 2018.

Most of my working knowledge came from learning from other investors either one on one or workshops.

So, after day 1 of the 3 day workshop, I emailed one of the “consultants” there and advised that I would not attend the remaining 2 days of training.

I do have a large workshop with a two post lift and three cars that I am working on. 

I'm thinking groups from BSSM and community (womens, mens, youth, music workshops, artists, crafts, health & wellness, etc.) family reunions, business groups, holidays, wedding parties, etc.
