And while there are good guests/tenants at all price points, the averages tend to be that lower price = harder on property.If good area, the price implies major renovations, in which case, I would think you are looking at well over $100k rehab.  

I know Branson is known for golf and Table Rock Lake and people tend to snatch up those condos that come with the amenities but I feel like rentals would be limited to good weather only..there has to be a solid percentage of tourists that enjoy the shows and being in town as much as there are people that enjoy the lake and golfing.  

Reason why is rates are tending down you can always refinance down the road for the overall lower rate to bring you back close to where the rate is at now.

basically if its TRUE RV there needs to be on site manager to collect payment when they roll in for the night and most RV parks also have amenities that need tending
