(Question at the bottom of post for your convenience)Hello BP wholesalers,I'm currently getting into wholesaling and have decided to create a webpage for my sellers to be directed from my bandit signs.Part of my strategy is to be completely transparent.It is not my main goal to make money but to help those who have found themselves in a stressful situation with distressed property.I have a "How it works" tab on my webpage and was wondering if it is a bad idea to explain how the wholesale process works.

Normally what I do is get on the property I'm researching county appraisers web page find the property on the map after entering an address near the property Sometimes the listed owners mailing address shows if it doesn't I get the parcel number go to the county's tax collector website using the parcel number pull up the records and there you will find the owners info.

Also, no one should just rely on any lists the county puts up on their webpage... most don't, you have to get creative (and sometimes VERY creative) with some counties to find the overbids.All I am saying is that if you just go by a list the county puts up on their website and then think 'well there are a dozen companies already mailing this person, so forget it', then yes, THAT is over saturated.
